Manny’s bruised and battered face is nothing compared to Krista’s “Kapalmuk” face that no amount of social badmouthing and ridicule can ever disfigure. The face that launched a thousand ships and burnt the towers of Illium belongs to Helen of Troy. The face that launched a million blogs and dollars belongs to Krista Ranillo.

This was according to Press Secretary Cerge Remonde.

I re-read the article done by Mario Duamaual regarding the alleged affair of Krista Ranillo and Manny Pacquiao. Personally speaking I think that it is a good article. And why is it that Manny Pacquiao should not hide behind his victories as a fighter. The Filipino public and the rest of the world should see the man, not the god image that the public has made him.

They are starting to miss the whole point of the national anthem. They are siding with technicality against substance. Who cares about the slight change in tempo or the last note? It was patriotic and respectful.

Why did Jamby Madrigal call their alliance a "political prostitution"? Aarrrgh...well, for me it's not. Everyone is entitled to their free will.

I remember that Senator Loren Legarda was one of those politicians who condemned rape victim Nicole when this poor girl retracted her rape charge against US soldier Smith. Nicole argued that after some thoughts, she realized that she must have consented to Smith’s sexual advances.

As a veteran broadcaster and communication expert, Loren Legarda has a twisted sense of analogy. In defending her embrace of many Villar’s presidential candidacy, Legarda argued that even Hillary Clinton, who was Obama’s antagonist for the Democratic presidential nomination, is now Obama’s State Secretary. What a fallacious parallel.
