An undercover agent of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) has named several prominent bars and schools as hotbeds of drug trade among the youth and members of the elite.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News chief correspondent Korina Sanchez, PDEA undercover agent "Alpha" said the drug trade in schools and universities is still going on, particularly in Manila's University Belt.
Agent "Alpha" also said two popular nightclubs in Makati are known centers of drug selling among the metropolis's elite.
